Surinthorn Pamornchokprasop joined GVA Thai in June 2017. Her legal career started in 2007 when she joined a local IT company in Thailand and engaged in all aspects of the company’s legal works. Subsequently, in 2010, she joined the Ministry of Justice, and then the Office of Energy Regulatory Commission of Thailand, where she involved in various investigations and litigations. She expanded her legal experience in joining the Office of Law Reform Commission of Thailand in 2012, for two and a half years, she involved in conducting public hearings and drafting revised bills. In 2015, She moved into a major electrical appliance company in Thailand, where she gained experience as an in-house attorney. Further, in 2016 she obtained her Master’s Degree in International Commercial Law from the University of Aberdeen, United Kingdom. She is also qualified as a Notarial Services Attorney in 2018.
With her extensive work experience, at GVA Thai, she provides a wide range of services to clients, including handling corporate compliance and labor matters, statutory research, and contract drafting. She is actively assisting foreign companies to expand into Thailand by providing, among others, service on visa applications.
